Here at InHeatUK we believe the service we offer is almost as important as the products themselves.This is why each year; we heavily invest in maintaining and improving our already market leading pre and post installation and service care offering.
Our commitment to you:
- Over 90% of all incoming telephone calls will be answered within 30 seconds. Where this is not apparent we offer a free customer call back service at a time convenient to you. Simply fill in the form above and let us know when you want a call back.
- Fully trained Technical and Customer Service personnel identify our customer’s requirements and deal with them in an efficient and courteous manner.
- All letters are answered or acknowledged within five working days and a full response posted within seven working days
- Customer can also be offered the first visit appointment if appropriate
- For added security, we can even arrange for a password to be used alongside our standard ID badge.
- 95% of calls will be resolved within one visit.
- Report any installation faults directly to InHeatUk
- A dedicated Regional Service Manager will be appointed to manage local relationships.
